Who Does the Teaching?

Welcome to my dance studio!!

I'm Gena Humphries, and I've been dancing as long as I can remember. My love affair with dance began when I was just 2 and half years old thanks to my mother who enrolled me with the fabulous Albertine Maxwell. From there I went on to study tap and other styles with other renowned instructors like Al Gilbert and Frank Hatchett. ​

As I grew older my passion for dance only deepened and I knew I wanted to share it with others that's why I decided to become a dance instructor and I've never looked back. I love working with students of all ages and skill levels and find a joy in helping them discover their own love of dance. 

When I'm not in the studio you can find me curled up with a good book (James Patterson is my favorite author), watching a movie or keeping up with my favorite reality shows. 

I'm thrilled to have the opportunity to share my passion for dance with you, and I look forward to moving and grooving with you soon!
